  • WHY IS GREENEARTH SO REVOLUTIONARY?

    GreenEarth treats clothes like a mineral bath, so they don’t just come back clean, they come back rejuvenated. GreenEarth won’t damage fibres or leech dye like conventional dry cleaning, so clothes look newer longer. Colours stay bright and clear. Whites are whiter and repeated cleanings won’t cause yellowing over time.

    Fabrics love GreenEarth because it isn’t harsh like petrochemical solvents. It uses pure liquid silicone derived from sand, one of the earth’s most abundant natural resources. When left out in the open, GreenEarth breaks down into sand, oxygen and carbon-dioxide, leaving no toxic chemicals behind.   • HOW CAN I ARRANGE A HOME COLLECTION?

    Simply sign up for an account app.fortheloveoflaundry.com with us! You can easily arrange your collection and delivery, and keep track of your cleaning via our online app!

  • WHEN DO I GET MY PRECIOUS THREADS BACK?

    Kindly view the COLLECTION DAY – DELIVERY DAY information for various outlets below. Our team will be in touch to inform you should we need more time for your item.

  • WHAT IF I NEED MY CLOTHES BACK SOONER?

    We provide quicker turnaround with added fees.
    Priority Delivery (48 hours) if the collection is before 12pm @ 50% of the price
    Rush Delivery (72 hours) at 25% of the price (no cut-off timing)
    Express Cleaning Service (24 hours) is temporarily suspended. We hope to bring back this service as soon as we can.

    Kindly note that:
    1. We do not process the above services on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. (Eg. If you hand us an item for express cleaning on a Saturday, the soonest we can return it is on Tuesday)
    2. We do not provide same day cleaning service.
    3. We are unable to commit to express/ priority services for household items.

  • DO YOU IMPOSE FESTIVE PERIOD SURCHARGES FOR YOUR SERVICES?

    No, our prices remain the same throughout festive periods. However, our team will be in touch to inform you should we need more time to process your item during busy periods.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO COLLECT MY CLOTHES?

    Kindly collect your items as soon as possible after they are ready. Items that are uncollected after a month will be subject to our handling and may be donated to a charity of our choice without prior notice.

  • ARE ALL THE CLOTHES TREATED THE SAME?

    Our professionals take great care from the moment your clothes are collected to when they are returned.

    Our production team starts by noting the pre-existing condition of the garment. While we do our best to locate all stains/conditions, we may still miss some. Hence, do let us know if there is anything you’d like us to pay special attention to. Any instructions for the finishing is also noted down at this stage.

    We then separate each garment by cleaning process, colour, and fabric type. After the cleaning has been done, the garments are sent to various stations to be pressed.

    The final process is where the pressed clothes are sent for quality checks before being packed and prepared to be sent to you.

    While the treatment of each garment depends on the cleaning needs of each item, the amount of love put into every item is the same!

  • CAN YOU REMOVE A STAIN FROM MY GARMENT?

    Effective stain removal depends on how the stain was initially treated, how long it has set in the fabric and what type of fabric we are dealing with. Stains include but are not limited to food and beverage stains, mold, storage stains and color bleed issues.

    We try our best to remove stains as much as possible, but not all stains can be removed. In situations where the stain cannot be removed or lightened, the cleaning fee will still be charged as overall cleaning has still been done for your item.

    We will not be liable for stains that cannot be removed, nor will we be liable for any accidental damage to fabric, delicate or otherwise, due to removal of pre-existing stains.

  • CAN YOU DO ALTERATIONS?

    We are able to assist with simple alterations for items sent in for cleaning. (eg. replacing buttons subject to buttons availability, simple hemming and hole patching subject on fabric color availability.)

    These services are done complimentary upon your request in-house and we will not be liable for the results of the alterations.

  • CAN YOU CLEAN SHOES & BAGS?

    Yes, we can! The price for cleaning shoes and bags differ from item to item. Kindly whatsapp us an image of your item along with it’s height and width measurements (for bags) and our team will get back to you with the cleaning price.

  • WHAT ELSE CAN YOU CLEAN?

    We can clean a wide array of items, including but not limited to, stuffed toys, mascots, stuffed pet beds, carpets, pram/ stroller/ car seat inserts, baby carriers. Kindly whatsapp us an image, description and measurements of your item and we will respond with a price if we are able to clean your item.

  • WHY DO YOU TAKE SO LONG TO CLEAN CURTAINS & CARPETS?

    To ensure proper cleaning for larger/ thicker items, including but not limited to curtains, carpets, and certain stuffed toys, more time is required for the cleaning and drying process.

  • CAN YOU HELP TO CLEAN MY SHEETS WITH BED BUGS/ LICE PROBLEMS?

    Please inform us beforehand if there is a specific pest issue with your garments/ household items before sending your items to us. This is to ensure that we can take the necessary additional precautions on our end, to ensure safety and ideal sanitation for our premises, staff, customers and their belongings. Hygiene and sanitation is of utmost importance to us and we perform regular internal cleaning of our premises and equipment.

  • WHAT TEMPERATURE IS THE CLEANING DONE AT?

    Our cleaning is done at no more than 40 degrees celcius.

  • I FORGOT TO PASS YOUR TEAM SOMETHING, CAN YOU COME BACK ON THE SAME DAY TO COLLECT?

    We will try our best to accomodate your collection but may not be able to do so depending on our Service Representative’s availability and delivery route for the day. However, kindly note that as additional trips were made to your location, there will be a transport fee of $9 should either of your collection loads be below $80.

  • CAN YOU COLLECT/DELIVER MY ITEMS TO SEPARATE LOCATIONS?

    We will try our best to accomodate special delivery requests. For clarity’s sake, we recommend that you specify your request in writing via email or whatsapp instead. Our Customer Service Representative will be in touch to discuss your request.

    Kindly note that there will be a $9 transport fee per location, should the load collected/delivered for each location fall below $80.
    Eg. If you choose to deliver your items to 5 locations and each load is below $80, there will be an additional transport fee of $45. If you choose to collect loads from 5 locations (assuming each load from each location is below $80), and deliver them all to 1 location only, there will be an additional transport fee of $45.

  • HOW DO I PAY?

    Payment is due upon delivery/ self-collection of clothes from outlet. You can register a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX) with us for hassle-free payment, or pay cash upon delivery. We also accept PayNow- kindly text us for payment details and send us a screenshot of the transaction after payment has been made.

    We SMS cash-paying customers 1 working day before delivery to inform of the charges.
